What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and loads no fonts, scripts or content from third parties.

Server logs

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records technical access data in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer and browser identifier. The purpose is to deliver and secure the site; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely). We do not combine this data with other data or use it for profiling. The log files are kept only as long as needed for delivery and security, and are then deleted by the hosting provider.

Email and offer requests

The offer-request form on this site sends nothing to our server: it composes an email text in your browser, which you send yourself from your email app. When you write to us, we process your details to answer your request and prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep the correspondence as long as it is needed for the request and any resulting contract, and beyond that only where statutory retention duties apply.

Recipients

Hosting and email are operated for us by STRATO GmbH, Berlin, Germany, as processor. We do not transfer data to third countries. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Write to office@presidio-group.eu.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Bulgaria), which is competent for us, or the authority of your place of residence or work.
