AI-Ready · Workshop and assessment

A policy in the handbook fails its first audit.

Before an AI use case goes live, we check it against the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001. You get signed evidence your auditor can verify, and the evidence is yours.

Why now

Article 50 already applies.

Article 50 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 August 2026. Providers must make sure people know when they interact with an AI system, and must mark generated content in a machine-readable way. Deployers must disclose deep fakes, AI-generated text on matters of public interest, and emotion recognition.

As amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, the marking duty for systems already on the market applies from 2 December 2026, and the Annex III high-risk obligations follow on 2 December 2027. Teams that document now decide at leisure; teams that wait reconstruct under deadline.

On request: "Where must the model run?" For teams about to commit to GPU capacity, we model the configuration that meets a latency target at the lowest cost.

For business customers only. All prices are net; for business customers in other EU member states, VAT is accounted for by reverse charge.

The difference

The seal or the letter.

A seal on the envelope proves nobody opened the letter; it does not prove who wrote it. Most governance tools deliver the seal: a workflow showing that someone checked. We deliver the letter. Each gate decision is signed with your key, countersigned by us, and verifiable offline with iga workshop verify. The evidence is yours whether or not you buy anything else from us.

How it works

What happens after you book.

  1. A 30-minute call: your use cases, your timeline, the right format.
  2. A fixed-price quote the same day.
  3. A preparation list: descriptions of the use cases, two working days before the date.
  4. The workshop, remote or on your premises.
  5. A summary and a quote for the assessment within three working days.

Questions

What buyers ask.

Were the high-risk obligations not postponed?

Yes, Annex III moved to 2 December 2027. Article 50 was not postponed; only the marking duty for systems already on the market applies from 2 December 2026.

We will get certified anyway.

Any auditor will want a documented assessment per use case. That is what the assessment produces. We do not work for certification bodies or their academies.

We already have a GRC tool.

GRC tools manage workflows. We decide per use case and sign the decision. The results can be carried into your GRC tool.

Is this a conformity assessment?

No. It is orientation for your decision, not a conformity assessment and not legal advice.

Who is behind PRESIDIO?

PRESIDIO OOD is a company based in Sofia, in the EU. Vladimir Stantchev delivers every workshop personally, and the tools are open source, so you are never locked in.

How many dates are available?

We take a limited number of workshops per month. The first dates are in winter 2026/27.

Who delivers

Prof. Dr. Vladimir Stantchev.
